Speed Loss upon Mounting Kerb

In the case of a vehicle mounting a kerb how would one estimate how much speed would be lost. I can derive a figure for speed after moiunting the kerb from othere factors. The vehicle approach angle is approx. 45 degrees to the kerb and speed after mounting kerb is 30 mph.
