Adding to Bruno's advice would be where to measure the height and distance (I don't have the Baker Text any longer so don't know what they said about the measurements).
Verically measure to the center of the window area
Horizontally measure from the window location at the POI to the center of the glass debris from that window. Since there may be more than one tempered glass window that is broken during the crash you must be positive about the identy of the glass debris you are measuring.
