Driver reaction time

I have recently seen reference to tests conducted at the University of Utah on driver reaction times. I don't have any information on when the testing was carried out. The testing appears to have been stratified by age and sex. For example, a result quoted was that for male drivers aged between 25 and 40 years, the range of times was 0.91 - 1.68 seconds. I would like to know the nature and circumstances of the tests (which can dramatically affect times). Does onyone know where I can obtain copies of any report, papers, or other information on these tests?
