Low Pressure Tires on Ice

situation: icy driveway, evidence of spinning tires on the ice as traffic exits,

would a car having half the required air pressure in all 4 tires (94 pont sunbird)
have any harder time going up inclined driveway and exiting than a car with "normal" pressure?
Tires on this same car are also 50% worn.

Also where would I find the wheelbase (length of same) for an '86 ford cargo 7000
straight truck (dual rear wheels)?

I'd greatly appreciate anything offered.
