Working backward with the numbers you included in your question I get an Radius of 55 ft and a MO of 0.25 (all approx. numbers) Using 1/3 of your yaw mark for a chord I used 10 feet for the C value. If these are the approx. startign measurements you used throw them away. As one of the other answerers said you are trying to be to precise with the equation. Measuring an MO of 1/4 inch is questionable.
Was this crash at an intersection or a driveway? Such that the mark you observed may have been from a non-involved vehicle? Did you use a Tumbas jig to make sure the scuff was truely a yaw skid without braking? Do you know which tire made the mark?
Was the crash severity typical of a 110 mph closure speed? Typically there wouldn't be any survivors.
