I know of two databases of crush stiffness data that are commercially
available:
1. Engineering Dynamics sells one to accompany thier EDCRASH and
EDSMACK programs.
2. Neptune Engineering sells one that is a reduction (and correction)
to the government (and some private) crash tests.

if you are interested drop me a line and I will E mail full particulars.
I think each one costs something like $500.00
