I use Generic CADD with pre drawn symbol libraries published by DataSketch. They're located in Stockton CA 1 800 597 5793. The owner Don Truitt is a working crime scene tech. The symbol libraries cover just about anything you'll find at an accident scene. Generic CADD is a DOS program but very powerful and the price is right. Usually available for under $75. It will export to AutoCadd or DXF format.
