Impact speed based upon damage

My car was hit by another car toward the left rear spun and hit a curb
breaking the rear axle and producing extensive damage ($7500 to repair)
as well as personal injury. Based upon the geometry of the impact and the
damage to my car can the speed of the other vehicle at impact be estimated?

Any help from this expert group would be appreciated.
