Low light skid mark identification

I am interested in recieving any information pertaining to problems in identitying
skid marks under low light conditions and procedures attempted in order to help
rectify this problem should one exist. Information in areas such as; type of
road surface f value weather conditions etc. affecting surface and light and
a.b.s. identification marks if encountered is important please submit facts.
Any photos taken at the scene would be helpful. (Please enclose address on the
back of the photo and I will return.)
A letter of your concerns as to the importance of this issue if you feel it is
a major concern would also prove helpful.
I initially plan to begin research in this matter in the early part of '97.
