Looking for SMAC-type software

I'm looking for any version of the NHTSA SMAC program usable on a Pentium PC. Preffered platform is Windows/ Win95 but I would be happy to have a DOS version. If anyone knows where I can get my hands on a reasonably priced (i.e. under $500) copy I'd appreciate hearing. Thanks
