I am an attorney representing a young lady severely injured due to a hydroplaning collision with a bridge. The driver lost control of her vehicle in a puddle several yards in length and a couple of inches deep on a road with a declining grade. Both of the lady's rear tires had very little tread. Would "good" tread have made any difference in preventing hydroplaning, given the depth of the puddle and declining grade? Could someone help me locate someone who could answer this question? Thanks!
