Are there any tables or compiled data to differentiate between driver inattention and controlled evasive action as evidenced by the angle of departure the vehicle left the roadway before collision with fixed object? I could really use some direction in this quest. The departure angle from the paved lane was 10 deg. at a speed of 60mph. I believe this to have been a controlled action but need substantiation.
Thank you,
