If you are looking for specific information on crash test of a small pickup, let me know the height of the pedestrian's center of mass in your case, the leading edge height of the pickup and the angle the ped was moving at imapct (assume the vehicle heading is zero degrees, and finally the age or whether the ped was walking, running or jogging. Rusty Haight and I have done abou 15 crash tests with small pickups and dummies both as peds and bicycles.
