Thanks. Your assistance as well as that from Ed Phillips enabled me to contact the Secretary of State for the State of Washington. Their records do not reflect an incorporated or an unincorporated company by that name at this time... I suppose the company went to "sleep with the dinosaurs." Thanks again. Ed
