My department allows me to work for attorneys and insurance companies as long as it dosen't create a conflict. To insure that no conflict arises, I don't work on any motorvehicle collisions that occure within the City of Estherville. Working as an accident reconstructionest outside law enforcement gives you a totally new prespective and broadens your outlook in the field.
