If we are passing around tips on highlighting try something I picked up from an Ontario Provincial Police sergeant (Bob Scott) many years ago. Beer bottle caps spray painted orange. They are reusable, don't take up much room and I know from experience that they show up really well in night time photography. Still have mine after 10 odd years of use.
