Motorcycle passenger launch angle

We recently had a motorcyclist and passenger involved in a T-bone collision with a small station wagon.
Wagon was struck in the rear door (drivers side) and both driver and passenger were vaulted. Driver did make slight contact with the roof of the car.
Passenger (120 lb female) cleared the roof and landed 37 feet from impact on a -2.5% grade. What amount of launch angle is to be expected for a passenger on a motorcycle?
Thanks for any suggestions.
