I did a fair bit of literature research on this topic about 5 years ago and found that the effect of BA level is so individual that any numerical correlations were useless. The only thing credible experts were (and still are) willing to say was that P/R time would increase with incresing BA. No one was willing to quantify it. Frustrating, but true.
