Recently involved in an accident where I was stiilin still waiting to turn left across oncomming traffic. Toyota (small) pick up truck with two occupants and empty bed was comming toward me. driver was looking over right shoulder entering intersection. Suddenly looked up, saw my car, and locked up his brakes. Hot asphault, summer day, left twenty eight feet skid marks to impact. Minor paint damage to my bumper. Buckled his fender and hood. No injuries. How fast can I expect he was going? Appreciate any assistance you can give me.
