Your question is somewhat vague and could mean different things. It could mean
the use of computers to assist the reconstructionist in making calculations or
it could mean the use of a computer generated animation to visualize an
accident reconstruction. In other words somebody does an accident reconstruction
and an animation is used as demonstrative evidence of the experts opinion
evidence.
If you want information on how computers are used for calculations, go to the

If you are referring to animations you will probably get the information you
