Would the delta v force change if in a rear ende collision the rear vehicle dipped on braking with the front dropping down and going under the rear-bumper at 8-10 mph? There was moderate damage to the top side of the hood on the rear vehicle with very little damage to the rear bumper of the front vehicle(Ford F-10) with some minor undercarraige damage. Is it even possible for the rear-ending vehicle to have dipped that much to get under the bumper at only 8-10 mph?
