Vacuum-Assisted Brake Lag

Does anyone know of any source of data relating to the time lag between the start of brake pedal movement and the response of the vacuum assist diaphragm in a typical hydraulic brake system. In my limited tests I have found this to be a very brief period of slightly higher pedal movement resistance (ie. barely noticable in even the most rapid brake applications).
