It is unfortunate that you weren't at scene. However, there is a way to calculate a reasonable speed estimate using simultaneous equations. Estimate the POI. Then calculate the stopping speed for the car using the distance to the POR. Do the same thing for the bike. Solve the 2 equations, both should have the same speed at the POI. You can do this on a spread sheet and add a range of drag factors to box in your estimates.
