Two Green Lights
You arrive at a major intersection to find a collision between a north and eastbound vehicle.
The intersection is controlled by a traffic signal. This traffic signal has lights for vehicles
traveling straight through in all directions. It also has left turn arrows for traffic traveling
in all directins.
Both drivers state they had a green light.
The traffic box that controls the signals contains the equipment in Figure 1
below.
