Yes, there have been o-ring leaks at the fuel injector to fuel rail fires, also "flexible" joints in the fuel rail will leak and fuel a fire. If you search NHTSA's recall and complaints database http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/ you will find a few.
