Dear Users,

We ordered our lines for Boca Raton the 2nd of January. We were
told they would be in by the 18th (of January). Then Bellsouth had
"problems". They told us it would take until the 13th of February
becuase they physically had to run more lines to the building which our
equipment is located in (kind of the same problem we had at our old main
office). On the 13th, they said we would have them no later than today.
I was in Boca this afternoon and then lines were still not in. We've
ordered 20 to open, they've put in 4, which is not enough. This evening
they tell me Monday the 19th. Don't hold your breath....
