I am currently using a metal military ammo can the large one used for
mortar rounds. The tire cap was wrapped up and bolted to the sides of the
can. The can was then filled with cement to a total weight of 100#. An
eyebolt placed in the front of the can is used to drag it. I have had
no problems with the setup with about 30 uses. This to was learned from
IPTM.
