Several officers from my dept. attended the TIPS Commercial vehicle rollover
in Pittsburg last year. None of us can find any data on determining where the
roll center of the trailer is. Does anyone know if this is determined
mathematically like center of mass or is it measurement from the ground to a
point on the trailer ?
