Our agency has a very liberal policy which allows our reconstructionists to work
in the civil arena once the criminal case has been exhausted. A couple of us have
formed companies on the side with lucrative results in the North Georgia area.

As long as the officers do not get into the hired gun business and stick to the
facts with good honest investigations the situations of conflict of interest are at
a minimum.
