One of my fellow traffic cops from the S/E area of L.A. and I are interested in
forming a Society or networking group of Certified Reconstructionists in our
area. We met bouncing stuff off each other and feel this would benefit a lot of us
in the law enforcement field when our Depts don't have a lot of money to spend
on training. Not to mention traffic seems to be the bastard son at most agencies
but I don't want to get started on that!
