Re your request..haven't found program for forms but I use AutoSketch..not a user friendly program
but does work well when you get used to it..although it does require measurements in the
360 degree counterclockwise method of measuring..not many people now use this
method although they use a variation of if they are using the coordinate method
of measuring accident scenes.
