Need drag factor for sleet

I am working on an accident that happened on a freezing rain/ sleet ashphalt
roadway. There were no tests done at the time of the accident and the
envirnment changed before the scene was finished. The temperature was about
at the freezing level. If anyone has done any testing I would appreciate
the input.
