Prooving car was stationary

Hello

I was wondering whether the following information is sufficient to prove
which of two cars was stationary during a collision.

Car A and Car B collide. Car B suffers damage on the side door. Car A claims
it was stationary and that Car B was moving. However Car B claims that it was
stationary and that car A was moving.

Is there sufficient information here to reach a conclusion? If not what other
information is required?

Thank you for any input
