I have to agree with your reference to an incident as a collision. I just
finished testifying in Queen's Bench Court, in Calgary, as I referred to
the incident as the collision , I noticed that both attourneys as well as
the judge used the term Accident , as well as when recognizing a fellow
investigator, the term the court accepted used was, Accident Investigator .
I have to agree, that the termanology should be changed to either collision
investigation, or crash investigation. It would follow that a person could
therefore be referred to either as a:
collision (or crash) investigator, or reconstructionist.
