I would think that, in this high tech day and age, a drag sled would be able
to give you the data you need. Of course, you would need to test under the
same conditions as were present at the crash and make sure that your
technique with the drag sled is correct. Check with your local road dept.
They sometimes do some testing and might have some data that you could use
as a starting point.
I have been riding a motorcycle for years, I learned early on to avoid wet,
pavement markings. They are slick!
