The Winter '94 issue of the Accident Investigation Quarterly contains an
article by Walter "Bucky" Kennedy entitled "Global and Local Axes in Accident
Reconstruction." It well explains the right hand and the left hand coordinate
systems. (Bucky wrote the IPTM published books regarding Vector Sum Analysis
and Conservation of Linear Momentum via 360-degrees.)
