You need to consider a few additional items on determining the speed of the motorcycle going uphill. Did the rider use both brakes (front rear) or just lock up the rear only? What was the general appearance of the 20 ft of skid? Straight, s-shaped? Did the rider remain upright at the end of the skid or did he and the motorcycle fall and slide an additional distance? All in all, the speed is going to be around 25 mph depending on how much grade to the hill is involved and the roughness of the road surface.
