Like another one I checked this past weekend you have what is refered to as an "incomplete" vehicle. It is a 92 Dodge Ram Wagon manufactured in Pillette, Quebec, Canada. It is included in the Dodge 250 job related series. They manufacture the vehicle in part then ship it to a buyer/manufacturer who modifies it for his own purpose and resells it. Your only bet is to contact the people at Dodge and ask them who bought the original and go from there. Wait til you try and find a Honda limosine ... had a fatal involving one and without a few friends in the RCMP would still be trying to solve that one (weight).
