I have never tested the brand new stuff. But several years ago I slid into a crash scene,
narrowly missing the van that had slid into the asphalt truck. That stuff is really slippery
when it is just laid. I did do a reconstruction on fresh asphalt 1 month
after the "friction coat" was put down. Tested with a drag sled and VC2000
and both results were .92. Temperature was about 85 degree's,
