he conclusion that they did. Neither can about a dozen others who
later saw the same.

The only crack in the entire windshield was about 1/2 way from the center of the
WS to the passenger side. It was a 'spider' crack. ALL of the blood was on the
passenger side windshield. The crack's center was about 2/3 of the way up the
windshield.

I suffered NO other injury to my chest (as one would think of the steering wheel)
or to my head or wrists.

The State estimated the speed at impact to be between 45 and 50 Miles per hour.

Somehow - even at 10 MPH, it's 14.67 ft/sec - I was able to (according to the
state) dodge the rearview mirror (which was intact) clearing it completely with
my head and then managed to turn my head in towards the driver side so that I
could split the right side of my head.

My attorney refused to ask for time to get a reconstructionist and then never
even mentioned anything about science and physics.

Yet the prosecutor made such glaringly wrong statements as "Blood just spurts
everywhere" - really from a laceration at the upper part of the skull and re-
peatedly used the mis-leading term "roll-over" when there is a world of dif-
ference between that and end-over-end.

The trooper even tried pointing to a "DARK" spot from an inside-out night shot
of the windshield claiming that it was a hole "because there is no blood there"
Daytime pic.s however, showed no hole there. Further the width of my head could
not have even fir between that point and the rearview mirror.

The Trooper then told the jury that "everyone knows that spider cracks are stress
cracks - like from when the roof crushed".

Well, the jury was loaded with idiots and I have been refusing to drop the issue
since then. I have lost thousands and thousands as a result but am determined.

Supposedly my attorney was not even allowed to recite that at 10 miles an hour
you're going 14.67 ft/sec. but the prosecution can lie like hell and make grossly
unfounded statements?

By the trooper's own remarks the tire path was virtually straight into the pole.
No side to side skidding was noted.

I have vested my entire life in science and then it wasn't even permitted to be used
in my behalf when the real truth was covered up and challenged.

I know that the info above is not the same as having phot's and the like but
it just seems so obvious, yet when fact is clouded by authority all else makes
no difference.

I am in a DIRE situation and wish to present cause to our governor to order a real
investigation. It is the trooper's blatant lying about what was said that I am
most disturbed about. What worse things might another suffer when he takes the
law into his own hands again sometime in the future - if he hasn't already?

Who is he to argue with a severely injured person? The people that overheard
his badgering twice offered to leave their info but he refused to take it and
they were left to travel off into the night. The only two people and he couldn't
get their info? They offered to write it down for him for cripe's sake. When he
did that I knew I was in for trouble - not help.

This is so important to me - even - now that I have lived a pauper's life to try
to rebuild my business and fight this out. It has been tough without being able
afford a new vehicvle and keep other obligations at the same time.

There is nothing at all exagerated about any of the above stat.s. This was a very
straight forward collision. I can't believe it is happening to me.
