Certain Honda GL 1500-I motorcycles have a frontal collision air bag system. (Auto. Engr. June 2000). Anyone know if the onboard CPU contains accident data?

In summary, an objective, credible and "biased free" technical paper on this topic could result in a significant contribution to motor vehicle safety research. However, a sufficient amount of full spectrum experiences may not yet be publicly available. Just have to wait and see where things go from here.

Merely collecting idealized cookie cutter type examples, normally expected from any seller of software, would not be my idea of completely "biased free" data. Therefore, the goal here is warts and all (i.e., the good, the bad and the ugly).
