It has been my experience that most passenger cars will spin and not roll over unless something else is added to the equation. On a paved road with no appreciable debris, it would take the tires being pulled from the rim and rim digging in to cause a roll over. Off road the dirt piled up from the furrow can cause an obstruction to 'vault' the vehicle. Or if there is a significant change to the height of the center of mass, ie heavy objects loaded above the roof. SUV's now that is entirely different. But again I have seen cars at high speed spin several circles without flipping.
