The software from Sokia that I have seen is pretty archaic. The best approach that I know of is to make sure that
the Field Data Recorder has a DXF output option. Take your shots DXF it out to a file and
import it into AutoCad or AutoCad LT. Both of these programs give
you a virtual drafting area. Everything you shot is still at the same scale
in which you shot it. DXF is an almost uniformly common drawing extension.
If done right shooting the scene downloading the information and editing shouldn't take very long.
