'Crash' CAD programs for total station surveys

This is a request for information regarding 'crash' specific CAD software that can import and edit total station survey data. The hardware is Nikon Sokia and we already have EDCRASH EDSMAC and ECAD. However a windows based CAD program is preferred for rapid scale sketch work.
