Inferring 'g-force' from pictures is probably the most practical method, unless you can stage a collision. Try to determine if there was any significant snagging between the vehicles, and whether they came to rest in contact with each other, or if one vehicle went completely past the other. Vibration Dose is impractical for reconstruction.
