Chris, be careful with 'similar vehicles' on Chrysler products because they have a large variety of bumpers. The Hollander Exchange helps with identifying exemplar bumpers. A force deformation plot of the strut will help, but to get Delta V you will ultimately need to assume an impact duration. Also, don't fall into the trap of assuming a '5 mph bumper' disitegrates at precisely 5 mph.
