I recently had four major roads in our area, ground down and re-surfaced.
first crash happened two days after resurfacing. Level ground and 10 pulls
witha drag sled gave .96 drag factor with temp around 75 degrees.
Same road three weeks later, one block from previous crash gave .94 drag factor
using same testing procedures with temp in the high 60's.
