I may sound like a broken record, but I still feel that without numerous
staged collision tests with human volunteers during similar scenarios,
with similar vehicles and seats, and with occupants with similar health
history in the same seated position,I would not testify to injury potential.

In the subject case, a significant amount of vehicle rotation precludes the
comparison with the available low speed impact data. Unless I could show
that there have been hundreds of documented SIMILAR low speed impact test,
I would not comment on injury potential.
