Looking for data concerning motorcycle / bicycle accidents

I am looking for assistance substantiating a formula I recently derived to estimate the speed of a motorcycle / bicycle at the time it ejects the operator. Unfortuneately I don't have the means available to perform my own empirical tests of this nature and I can't convince my motorcycle officer to crash his bike for me!
I would appreciate receiving data from anyone who has investigated or reconstructed any accidents meeting the following criteria:
(1) Motorcycle or bicycle involving the ejection of the operator.
(2) The operator after ejection is airborne and then slides and / or tumbles to a stop.
The minimum data I need is as follows:
(1) Throw distance (The distance from ejection to the operator's final resting point).
(2) The type of surface that the operator was ejected onto.
Additional data that would be appreciated is:
(1) Type of clothing worn by the operator.
(2) Results of any speed estimates already performed and the method used for the estimate.
Thank you in advance for any cooperation.
