The Traffic Accident Reconstruction Origin -ARnews-

You know, after I write something, sometimes I realize I missed a point or two that should have been in there. You two are so right about getting stiffed. Getting the money up front is a good plan. At least enough to cover your expenses. I've had very little trouble with insurance companies, industry is sometimes slow but they have always paid their bills, and MOST attorneys have been right there with a check. Once in a while, though.......
On the advertising issue: I agree that word-of-mouth is the best advertising, but it's also the hardest form of promotion to direct. I have had enough success with selected direct mailings to more than pay for the mailing, but never enough to live on. It's too much like a piece of junk mail, no matter how carefully one tries to disguise it I guess. I haven't heard yet of any wildly successful web-based campaigns (other than from people who want me to pay them for their services which, they assure me, would "pay for themselves many times over"). Anyone out there got good/bad/indifferent internet advertising stories to share?
Thanks for the feedback comments!
Wade.
